Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
MARTA CORTES ESPASA is the CONTROLLER of the personal data of the USER and informs them that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data and for what purpose?
Depending on the form where we have obtained your personal data, we will treat them confidentially to achieve the following purposes:
In the Contact form
- Respond to inquiries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact forms available on the controller's website. (for the legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR)

In the Casting form
- Involve the applicant in recruitment processes and analyze the applicant's profile to select a candidate for the controller's vacant position. (with the consent of the data subject, 6.1.a GDPR)
- Legal basis for processing: for the execution of a contract or pre-contract with the data subject (article 6.1.b GDPR)
- Data retention criteria: retained no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal prescriptions dictating their custody
- Data communication: it is reported that data will not be communicated to third parties, except for legal obligation Source of the data: the data subject themselves or their legal representative, private entity
- Categories of data:
- Identification data: DNI/NIF/NIE/passport, name and surname, postal or email address, telephone, image
- Formalize reservations in the controller's establishment. (for the execution of a contract or pre-contract, 6.1.b GDPR)
- Send commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future to customers, enabling commercial communications related to products or services similar to those initially contracted with the customer (art. 21.2 LSSI). (for the legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR)
- Send newsletters, updates, offers, and online promotions. (with the consent of the data subject, 6.1.a GDPR)
They will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal prescriptions dictating their custody, and when no longer necessary, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their complete destruction.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No personal data disclosures to third parties are anticipated, except when necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and processing contracts required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER's rights are:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right to access, rectify, port, and delete their data, and to limit or oppose their processing.
- The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Users, by marking the corresponding checkboxes and entering data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to attend to their request by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the optimal provision of the service to the USER. If not all data are provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely adjusted to their needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of the personal data under their responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that they have implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and have communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
